What if the reason your creative block is so strong is because you don’t get outside?
You don’t let the sun hit your skin.
There’s no fresh air in your atmosphere.
The four walls you call home are keeping you stuck in place.
Many people don’t realize how much a simple 5–10 minute walk around your area can help release energy, reduce stress, and clear your head. You might even see something new you’ve never noticed before or get a spark for a dope idea. Creative flow doesn’t always happen automatically. Sometimes, it comes from what you consume and observe in the real world.
So here’s a goal for you this week: go on at least one walk. Pay attention to the new things you notice, and write down any ideas that come to mind. 😉
