All projects require full payment up front unless a 50% deposit is requested. Deposits are only available for bookings over $200. All deposits are accepted via invoice only. Remaining balances must be paid before any final files are delivered. All payments, including deposits, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. If Tha Hidden Creative must cancel a project for personal reasons, a refund will be issued on our behalf. .

Once your booking is confirmed, an Inquiry Form will be sent to the email address provided. This form must be completed and returned within 24 hours, or your booking will be canceled. Your form must include: business details, branding assets, color palette, social media handles, project notes, and any relevant files. Please provide clear, detailed information. If information is missing, your project will be placed on the TBD (To Be Determined) list until all required materials are submitted. We only accept high-quality, clean, and professional photos for all services to ensure optimal results. Read all sublabels and instructions within the inquiry form carefully to avoid misunderstandings. No additional information or changes may be submitted once the project is in progress. For website development: all sites include a “Created by Tha Hidden Creative” footer watermark. Removal is available for an additional $10 fee.

Turnaround times begin once all required information is received, not at the time of payment. Branding Services: 1–2 business weeks minimum Creative Packages & Website Development: 3–5 business weeks minimum Videography & Photography Services: 5 business days Content Days & Campaign Shoots: turnaround varies based on workload and project complexity Turnaround times exclude weekends and all U.S. holidays. If additional time is needed beyond your stated turnaround window, you will receive a 10% discount toward your next booking.

Each project includes 3 free revisions. Revisions must be clear, specific, and submitted in a timely manner. After the 3 included revisions, additional edits are $10 each, paid prior to receiving final files. Your 3 revisions refer to 3 specific changes, not 3 rounds of unlimited edits. Once the final draft is approved and sent, no further changes can be made to the project.

Clients must provide the requested information and feedback promptly to avoid delays. If you take longer than 3 days to respond, your project will be moved to the end of the queue. If you take longer than 5 days to respond, a $30 restart fee will be applied. If no response is received within 10 days, your project will be canceled with no refund, and you will be restricted from booking future services.
